Today we held our first Kindergarten Shadow Day! The preschoolers joined the kindergarten class this morning and participated in various activities. They enjoyed some fun activities including calendar, alphabet Bingo, story time, played a fun game of Rock, Paper, Scissors Beat the Teacher Edition, and enjoyed their very first school lunch. They had a great morning and the kindergarten students felt pretty proud showing them the ropes! 🙂

On May 20th when Avon plays Parkston in softball the Junior Varsity game will be played first. The Junior Varsity game will start at 4:00. After the Junior Varsity game, there will be Parent's Night prior to the start of the Varsity game.

Another ✔️ on the list for our seniors. This morning they did their Graduation walk through the halls. Then they opened their time capsule they made in 9th grade and Mrs. Haenfler brought them their letters they wrote to their future self in 6th grade. Their time at AHS is winding down!
